Frequently asked questions

A seat is one person on your team who has connected at least one data source (email, LinkedIn, or CRM) to Via AI. Read-only users who can view intro paths but haven't connected their own data do not count as seats.
Each time a team member searches for a target account and Via AI returns a set of relationship paths, that counts as one lookup. Browsing the same account again in the same session does not use additional lookups. Alerts and notifications do not count against your monthly quota.
No. Your relationship graph is completely private to your organization. Via AI does not aggregate contact data across customers or use one customer's data to inform another's relationship graph. Each org's graph is isolated. See our security page for the full technical model.
Yes. On Starter, you can connect one CRM (HubSpot or Salesforce) as your primary data source. On Teams, you can connect both and sync contact data bidirectionally. Enterprise plans support custom CRM integrations and additional data sources.
We offer a 14-day free trial on all plans — no credit card required. After the trial, subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time; you retain access until the end of the billing period. Annual subscriptions are non-refundable after 30 days.
